Sean D. Harding received his B.A. in History from Salisbury University in 2013, where he also served as an Americorps member. In 2016, Mr. Harding earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland, Baltimore Francis King Carey School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. During law school, Mr. Harding was a member of the National Trial Team and an editor for the Journal of Business and Technology Law. After law school, Mr. Harding completed a postdoctoral fellowship with the University of Maryland Center for Health and Homeland Security. He then served as an appellate law clerk to the Honorable Melanie M. Shaw Geter of the Appellate Court of Maryland, where he worked closely with the judge to conduct legal research and draft appellate opinions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Harding practiced at several respected Maryland and D.C. law firms, where he handled a diverse array of civil litigation matters, including insurance defense and coverage, commercial litigation, employment law, and trusts & estates litigation. In these roles, Mr. Harding also provided legal counsel to companies in a variety of industries regarding corporate law and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Harding now focuses his practice on personal injury, including claims related to automobile accidents, trucking accidents, nursing home negligence and abuse, trip and fall injuries, pharmacy errors and misfills, and medical malpractice. Mr. Harding is admitted to the Bars of the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia, and is admitted to practice law in the federal courts.

In his spare time, Mr. Harding serves on the board of directors for There Goes My Hero, a Maryland-based non-profit with an important mission: to save lives, provide hope, and help those impacted by blood cancer. Outside of the courtroom, Mr. Harding is an avid hiker and wilderness backpacker, who has hiked extensively on the Pacific Crest Trail and Appalachian Trail.
