Ashley graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in American Studies, and thereafter received her law degree at the University of Baltimore in 2013. While in law school, Ashley was a member of the American Association of Justice Mock Trial Team, acting as Captain of the team in her final year. Following law school, Ashley practiced with another well-respected plaintiff’s personal injury law firm in downtown Baltimore before leaving to pursue insurance defense litigation with a top-ten, national insurance company. During her tenure on the defense side, Ashley successfully defended catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, many of which resulted in trial. In 2019, she was honored as the insurance company’s Trial Attorney of the Year. With a love for trial work, Ashley joined Lebowitz & Mzhen in 2022 and brings with her the unique perspective of someone who understands both sides of the litigation playbook. Ashley uses that extensive knowledge to passionately advocate for her clients. She lives in Howard County with her family.
