Jonathan D. Schneider received his B.A. from Dickinson College (cum laude), where he was a member of the varsity lacrosse team. He received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law (magna cum laude), where he was awarded membership to Heuisler Honor Society.
During law school, Mr. Schneider completed an internship with the Honorable Mickey J. Norman of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, as well as an interim clerkship with the Honorable Judith C. Ensor, also of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Mr. Schneider then began work as a full time law clerk in the Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office, attending law school during the evenings. During his time as a law clerk in the State’s Attorney’s Office, Mr. Schneider learned the inner workings of the prosecutors’ office, as well as the courthouse.
Upon his graduation from law school, Mr. Schneider immediately rose to the position of Assistant State’s Attorney for Baltimore County. During his time as a prosecutor, Mr. Schneider successfully litigated thousands of cases in front of judges and juries, both misdemeanors and felonies, ranging from serious traffic offenses such as DUI and DWI to homicide.
After gaining invaluable trial skills as a prosecutor, Mr. Schneider joined Lebowitz & Mzhen, LLC in order to put his litigation experience to work on behalf of injured Plaintiffs in all types of personal injury cases. Mr. Schneider also represents individuals charged with all types of criminal and traffic offenses.
Mr. Schneider is admitted to the Bar of the State of Maryland, and is an active member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Baltimore County Bar Association, and the Maryland Association for Justice.
