Jack holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has been repeatedly named to Maryland Super Lawyers. He is also a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and the National Association of Distinguished Counsel’s Nation’s Top One Percent, distinctions that reflect both peer respect and proven results. Clients rely on his meticulous evidence gathering and deep knowledge of state and federal regulations, particularly in complex truck-accident litigation.
An experienced motor vehicle collision attorney can help you collect the evidence that you need to put together a case that tries to establish that the defendant was driving negligently. Most of these claims require a plaintiff to show that the defendant driver owed the plaintiff a duty of care, breached that duty, and caused the victim to suffer damages as a result. In the context of truck accidents, certain state and federal laws apply and inform the duty of care. Having an experienced and well-versed trial lawyer like Jack on your side can make a difference when it comes to navigating these claims.
